Meeting and Study Rooms

The Library provides meeting, conference, and study space for educational, literary, philanthropic and civic purposes free of charge during Library hours. The Library is open Mon. & Thurs.: 9 am - 8 pm, Tue., Wed., & Fri.:  9 am - 5 pm, and Sat.: 9 am - 1 pm (Sept. to May).

The use of these spaces must meet the goals and objectives of the Board of Trustees in providing for the informational, educational, and cultural needs of the community.

Meeting room application

Space is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.  Applications must be on file before a meeting or conference room is officially reserved. Applications may be submitted in person at the Information Desk on the Main Level, by FAX at 508-764-5428, or by email to jelibrary@cwmars.org.  Phone reservations are not accepted.  Applicants will be notified by phone or e-mail once the application has been approved.

No application is needed to use a study room - please note that study rooms are available by asking at the Information Desk on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance. ID is required.
